BASHA MARYAŃSKA

W 1979 roku uzyskała dyplom Magistra Sztuki na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku. Od tego czasu wystawiała na całym świecie, jest uznaną artystką międzynarodową. Uzyskała wiele nagród za wystawy zbiorowe i indywidualne, pracuje w rożnych mediach artystycznych zarówno w malarstwie jak i w rzeźbie, instalacji, a także w grafice oraz tworzy performance.

1986r. – członek Fundacji Kościuszko w Nowym Jorku

1979-1980 – studia w Ecole de Louvre, Paryż, Francja , międzynarodowy program dla obcokrajowców, temat : Sztuka Średniowiecza i Renesansu.

1976-1979 – studia magisterskie rzeźba i malarstwo na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku

1972-1976- studia na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie

Ma tam swoje atelier, które jest także galerią, gdzie prezentuje własną ale także międzynarodową sztukę współczesną. Jej galeria to miejsce, gdzie uczy rzeźby i podstaw rysunku. Współpracuje z artystami z całego świata , a w szczególności z Galerią 8 Plus & Idkart w Polsce.

Jest członkiem Stowarzyszenia LONG REACH Artists (LRA) Poughkeepsie, NY.

Basha Maryańska is an internationally recognized artist and has been exhibiting her art around the world since obtaining her MFA at Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańska, Poland in 1979. She has received awards for her numerous group and solo shows in media ranging from painting, sculpture, installation, fiber art, and performance to photography and graphics.

She shows her Art, she promotes international and national artists and she teaches painting and figure drawing from there. She cooperates with many artists and clients nationally and internationally.

malarka, urodzona w Polsce. Ukończyła z dyplomem magistra sztuki Akademię Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie. Po studiach zajmowała się projektowaniem, szczególnie zainteresowała się techniką plakatu, otrzymała drugą nagrodę w dziedzinie plakatu. W tym czasie również skoncentrowała się na malarstwie, od tego czasu uczestniczy w licznych plenerach malarskich oraz wystawach, sympozjach, wydarzeniach. Jej prace były pokazywane w licznych znanych galeriach w Europie jak i w Ameryce. Jej prace można odnaleźć w Katowickiej BWA , w Muzeum w Katowicach, w BWA Racibórz, w Krakowskiej Glaerii. Od 1991 roku mieszka w Nowym Jorku, gdzie prezentuje prace w lokalnych galeriach. Uzyskała certyfikat wydawany przez Soho International Art. Competition, Agora Gallery. Ostatnie wystawy również odbyły się w Polsce w Krakowie (2010r.) Bierze czynny udział w wystawach grupowych . Jest członkiem klubu a zarazem prezentuje swoje prace w New Centry Artists Gallery International Exhibition w Chelsea, i na Manhatanie. Jest członkiem Północnego Stowarzyszenia Kobiet w Nowym Jorku jak i członkiem grupy artystycznej zrzeszającej polskich artystów w Nowym Jorku – ARTES GROUP.

Jej prace można odnaleźć w licznych kolekcjach prywatnych w Polsce, w USA, w Niemczech, Francji, Szwecji, Anglii, Austrii i wielu innych krajach, również jej prace znalazły się w kolekcji prywatnej przedostatniego burmistrza Nowego Jorku.

Mira Satryan a Polish painter , graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków with Master of Arts degree. After graduation , she worked as a designer. Her focus back then was on posters. Among other awards, she won the 2nd prize for her Kraków Restoration posters. With the passing of time, she made up her mind and chose painting to be the dominant form of her artistic expression. Since then she has been painting, actively participating in open air workshops, art symposium events and art shows. Her works are presented at many well known galleries in Europe and America. The artist’s works can be found in the collections of Katowice BWA Gallery, Katowice Museum , Racibórz BWA Gallery, Kraków Gallery to mention just a few. Since 1991, she has been living in New York , where she paints and successfully exhibits her works in the local galleries. She received the Certificate of Excellence awarded by the Soho International Art Competition, Agora Gallery. Her most recent individual exhibition took place Kraków, Poland in September 2010. She takes active part in group exhibitions, most recent one being the 12th Annual WAH Salon at the turn of January and February of 2011. She is a member of this club and is presently taking part in the New Century Artists Gallery International Exhibition in Chelsea, Manhatan . She is the member of the North American Women’s Association as well as a member Artes Group, a group of Polish artists in New York ( she actively participates in their exhibitions).

Her works can also be found in privately owned collections in Poland , the USA, Germany, France, Sweden, England, Austria and many others countries, including the collection owned by the previuos Mayor of New York.
